the two bad racist cops rush to get a haircut first and ask for a crewcut giving them an appropriate marine, almost neo-nazi look . they are then inspected half naked by their bad superior and agree to collaborate with him against the good guys (I always found the bad guy sexier than the buffier hunkier Mahoney)
