Mahoney switches evil Captain Mauser’s shampoo with glue while he is in the shower fantasising his promotion and demeaning rookies who will worship him. The evil arrogant deserving baddy ends up gluing his hands on his head, walks out of the shower room and is scared out of the locker room to be exposed to his superior and citizens. His sidekick tries to rescue his hair but the bad guy ends up wearing a telling wig and have hair permanently glued in his hands
